I am the same way. I bought Mockingjay on Tuesday with my 50% of coupon from Borders. And it just sitting there looking at me, calling my name, but I am afraid that I am going to read it too fast and the adventure will be over before I know it. I really enjoy the adventure that Suzanne puts me on and don’t want it to end. When I first read Twilight I didnt think I would find another series that would suck me in but this series has sucked me in completely. I, too, am hoping to finish it this weekend. Happy Reading…

Ohhh, I did not love this book. I found it wasn’t paced very well. Nothing hppeenad and then suddenly everything hppeenad at once. There was a little too much psychological torture and I felt that Katniss’ character wasn’t congruent with the last two books, where she was strong and held it together. Every five pages she had to be sedated and was crying. Don’t get me wrong, I love angst. But it impeded the development of the storyyy and character.God that book made me depressed :S
