All this weekend I was trying (and failing) to write. It seemed any time I tried to sit down and write I was interrupted by a “Mom”, or some other equivalent. Exasperated, on Sunday I began to update my Facebook status with some version of a “rant”, instead I got [...] My son Evan snapped this picture of me and said I should blog it. I’m happy to oblige him and all his wonderful three-year-old-nuttiness! Of course, I though tit would be a perfect opportunity to blog about him. He cut his own hair this week.
Yesterday as I drove home from picking my eldest son Michael up from school he began telling me about his day and related a discussion he had in class about Veteran’s Day. His teacher asked if anyone knew why we celebrated Veteran’s Day and Mike said he raised his hand (he was [...] Being a single parent sucks. I mean that in the nicest way possible-but it does.
